No Returns or Exchanges
Services
All services purchased from Brooke Odun Ltd are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure you are fully satisfied before placing an order, as refunds cannot be processed after purchase.
- Services must be used within 180 days from the date of purchase. Any unused services after this period will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- Discovery calls are non-refundable.
Products
All product purchases are final and non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase, as refunds cannot be issued once an order is placed.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, we recommend submitting your cancellation at least 2 working days before your next billing date.
To cancel, please email support@brookeodun.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- The email address used for the subscription
- Your initial order number
Discovery Calls
By booking a discovery call, the Client ("you") agrees to the following terms:
Discovery Call Validity
Each discovery call booking must be claimed within 30 (thirty) days of the original booking date. The discovery call will last for 30 minutes and may be conducted via telephone or video call, as selected by the Client.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Non-Attendance
No-shows are strictly non-refundable. Should you wish to reschedule, a minimum of 48 (forty-eight) hours' prior notice must be provided in writing to support@brookeodun.com. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the session and fee.
Refund Policy
Discovery call fees are non-refundable except in the event that the Provider ("we") must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity, audio, and video functionality (where applicable) for the duration of the discovery call. Any inability to participate in the discovery call due to technical or network issues on the Client's side may, at the Provider's discretion, be treated as a no-show.
Fee Redemption
The discovery call fee is fully redeemable against any product or service purchased by the Client following the call. A promo code will be provided via email and must be claimed within 30 days of the discovery call.
